We sell products around the world, you should consider that if your location is out of European Union custom taxes or duties are not included and must be paid by the recipient of the product.

All orders leave our warehouses (Spain) in 2-5 days (Monday to Friday) with the exception of peak periods.

​Once the purchase is made you will recieve an email with your reference order. You also have our contact email to ask for further information.

RETURNS POLICY

​You can request an exchange for any product or size avaiable within 15 days from the delivery date (shipping expenses to return products to our showroom are not included). To proceed you must send an email to our customer service at hello@milkychoice.es and we will provide an authorization ticket (add your reference order in the title). You will recieve the new product or size within 30 days.

For European Union orders we offer free shipping for new size/product and for the rest of the world customers shipping fees must be paid as well as other taxes or duties applied by the country.

​European Union normative:

"If you have purchased a product or service online or outside a commercial establishment (by phone, by mail or from a door-to-door seller), you also have the right to cancel and return the order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification.“The reimbursement must not be made by means of a voucher, unless the consumer has used vouchers for the initial transaction or has expressly accepted them”.
